Privacy Notice

How we handle the personal data you share with us through this site, under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

Draft pending legal review. The sections marked as pending require information that must be provided by BluePixel’s legal area. This notice must not be considered in force until it is approved.

1. Data controller

BluePixel is the controller of the personal data collected through this site, under the LFPDPPP, its Regulations and the Privacy Notice Guidelines.

[PENDING — legal] Full legal name and tax address for receiving notifications.

Contact email for personal data matters: hello@bluepixel.mx

2. What data we collect

Only what the person voluntarily types into the contact form. We do not request sensitive, financial or asset-related personal data.

  • Name
  • Corporate email address
  • Company and company size
  • Way of working of interest (service)
  • The message you write, which may include the summary of your conversation with the BluePixel Diagnostic if you decide to send it

Along with the form, the campaign parameters of your visit travel (for example, Google Ads click identifiers and UTM tags) so that we can know which campaign you arrived from.

The conversation with the BluePixel Diagnostic in guided mode is processed in your browser and saved in session storage, which disappears when you close the tab. It is not sent to BluePixel until you send the message from the form.

[PENDING — confirm] If an AI service is connected to the BluePixel Diagnostic (AI mode), the messages you write will be processed by that service. The provider must be named and its data processor agreement verified before activating that mode.

3. What we use it for

Primary purposes, necessary for the relationship:

  • Respond to the contact or diagnostic request.
  • Prepare and send service proposals.
  • Follow up commercially on the conversation that was started.

Secondary purposes, which you may refuse without affecting how your request is handled:

  • Sending BluePixel technical or commercial content.
  • Invitations to events and information sessions.

To refuse the secondary purposes, simply write to hello@bluepixel.mx saying so. You do not need to give a reason.

4. Who it is shared with

We do not sell or commercialize personal data. Nor do we share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

We do use technology providers that process data on our behalf, which may involve an international transfer that we declare expressly:

[PENDING — confirm provider] The form is processed through a form-receiving service. The specific provider and its location must be named, and it must be verified that its data processor agreement is compatible with the LFPDPPP.

For measuring the site, and only if you accept the cookie notice, we use Google Tag Manager and Google analytics services, which process browsing data on servers outside Mexico.

5. Your ARCO rights

You may request at any time Access to your data, its Rectification if it is inaccurate, its Cancellation when you consider that it is not required, and to Object to its use for specific purposes.

The request is sent to hello@bluepixel.mx and ideally includes: your name, a means to reply to you, a clear description of which data and which right you want to exercise, and a document that proves your identity.

[PENDING — legal] Committed response time and formal handling procedure.

You may also revoke your consent at any time through the same channel.

6. How long we keep it

[PENDING — legal] Define the retention period for prospects who do not become clients and for clients once the contractual relationship has ended.

7. Cookies and measurement technologies

Google’s measurement and advertising signals start out denied and are only activated if you accept the cookie notice; you can change your decision by clearing the site’s data in your browser.

  • The attribution of your visit (click identifier and UTM tags) is saved in session storage, which disappears when you close the tab. It only moves to persistent storage if you accept.
  • Your decision about cookies is saved in your browser so that we do not ask you again.
  • If you move the site’s visual identity parameters, that preference is saved only for the session.

You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Doing so does not prevent you from browsing the site or submitting the form.

8. Changes to this notice

Any modification will be published on this same page, indicating the date of the last update. Last update: pending approval.
